Welcome to Bella Largin Nutrition Counseling, I am so glad you are here.
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist based in Metro Detroit who has been working in the eating disorder field for close to ten years.
My passion lies in helping my clients reconnect to their authentic selves through a positive and health-promoting relationship with food and their bodies.
Utilizing a non-diet, weight-inclusive, and Health At Every Size-aligned approach, I have been able to help hundreds of clients break free from the toxic dieting cycle and heal their relationship to food and body.

Whether you are interested in receiving specialized eating disorder or disordered eating nutrition support, healing from years of chronic dieting or strengthening your relationship with food, I am here to walk along side you.
Specialties
-
Eating disorder recovery is about finding freedom from the physical, emotional, and mental toll of an eating disorder. This work involves rebuilding trust with your body, redefining your relationship with food, and creating sustainable patterns of nourishment and self-care. Recovery looks different for everyone, but with guidance and support, it is possible to heal and reclaim your life.
-
Body image work focuses on how you see, feel, and think about your body. Together, we explore the roots of body dissatisfaction and challenge harmful cultural messages that drive negative self-perceptions. The goal isn’t to “love” your body overnight, but to develop greater compassion, respect, and peace with the body you live in.
-
Intuitive Eating is a framework that helps you reconnect to your body’s natural signals of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. Instead of relying on diets or external rules, intuitive eating teaches you to trust yourself around food. It’s about finding flexibility, pleasure, and freedom in eating while honoring your body’s needs without guilt or shame.
-
Disordered eating includes a wide range of harmful food and body-related behaviors that may not meet the criteria for a clinical eating disorder but still cause distress. Recovery involves breaking free from restrictive rules, cycles of guilt, or obsessive food thoughts, and moving toward balance, confidence, and self-acceptance in your relationship with food.
-
Weight-inclusive care recognizes that health and well-being are not determined by body size. This approach rejects weight stigma and focuses on supportive, compassionate care that honors the unique needs of each individual. The goal is to promote health behaviors that enhance quality of life, without centering weight as the measure of success.
Individual Nutrition Counseling
If you are an individual or family member looking for personalized, in-depth and comprehensive support in navigating your food concerns, 1:1 nutrition counseling may be the best fir for you. Together we will complete a comprehensive intake assessment discussing your medical background, family history, and past and present relationship with food and body image. After this, follow-up sessions allow us to create a nutrition “game-plan” to best support your specific needs.
In these sessions we will explore your existing food beliefs, discuss and build habits that support your overall wellbeing and health goals, and nurture a positive relationship with food and body.
I can help you:
Heal from an eating disorder by working with your treatment team to create a collaborative treatment plan

Professional Supervision
If you are a registered dietitian looking for professional support navigating your work with clients who are healing their relationship with food or body, I am here to help.
With over 7 years in the eating disorder field and hundreds of clients over the years, I understand the challenges that can arise. I have worked with Fiona Sutherland, RD and Lisa Pearl, RD and completed their comprehensive Eating Disorder Dietitian Supervision training program in 2024 to build the skills and tools to guide and support you in your nutrition counseling work.
I understand how intimidating it can be to confidently support the clients you care so deeply for, and I am here to cheer you on!
My style of supervision involves the following:
Clinician centered— your needs and experience in sessions are important
Empathetic— I understand the unique challenges that may come up throughout this work, and am here to support you through it
Hands-on— we may utilize tools such as role-playing, grounding exercises, and journaling prompts to help you reflect and grow
You are far more capable than you realize. If you are interested, let’s discuss your unique goals and needs for supervision.
